I've only had a few issues with the products or delivery and each time it was an easy process to correct the issue. I'm very pleased with this service. Love opening each box and the value is terrific!

I received the wrong box, called and was told my correct box would be shipping soon, but that box never arrived. I called CS again and Lette identified the issue right away and made sure my box would be coming ASAP. She was very friendly, apologized for the error, and assured me it would be resolved promptly.

Delayed receipt of my box. Representative said she would reorder if my box hasn’t shipped by Friday. To attempt pre-Christmas delivery.

My Winter box was sent out mid November and has been stuck at a facility since the end of November; I knew that I had to wait for it to be missing for a month before contacting customer service. I was helped and a replacement box will be sent out.

I received my first FabFitFun box and was SO excited. Turned out to only have 4 items, no packing slip and it wasn’t even sealed.. so that was really sketch to me so I hope future ones are. I emailed right away because i saw I only had 10 days to complain, which I hate doing but I was so disappointed! When I got an email back, she was super helpful and offered a solution right away. I hope it all works out!
