This is my first time with this company. I ordered the 4 box set for my sister for a Xmas gift. It came in time but I was missing one thing. I sent an email and with five min Gel emailed me with Instructions on where I can find what I was supposed to receive. She requested a picture and in about 10 min My problem was fixed my one missing item has been shipped. Extremely fast knowledgable helpful and kind I will definitely order from this company again. Also everything I did receive in the box was very good quality

Best chat online experience so far. And I didn't have to give remote access as I have in 2 other chats with other companies. Those didn't get a rating at all.

Customer service agent resolved issue quickly and efficiently without having to check with supervisor or escalate. I always appreciate when companies empower their customer service agents to actually solve issues rather than making the customer angry and frustrated with endless hoops to jump through to have an issue resolved. Also, it’s 2:00 AM EST and their agents were online. THAT’S SERVICE!!! Thank you!

I was very satisfied, until I did not receive a certain pair of earrings. Fab fit fun corrected the mistake. I have still decided to not renew my membership. Seems like the products are in a falling off point.

Fabfitfun is using a private postal service that is causing delays in receiving our boxes. It is out of the USPS's hand until it reaches their system. My box has sat in a container for weeks. I have contacted Fabfitfun several times with a standard response. Drake finally assisted me in getting a new box. I will not receive it in time for Christmas. I canceled my subscription with Fabfitfun. I am not happy with them for putting profit over service. Without their customers they have no profit. I would not recommend them. I would highly recommend Drake for any position he applied for. Grateful for his service.

I’ve been pleased with FFF on all levels.

I was delivered a 2nd box of fff. Didnt know why. I didn't want to be charged for it. Customer service reached out to me an explained why..not that i was complaining about it..And the situation was resolved..i got to keep box because all sales are final..ty fff

Echo was efficient and friendly as he resolved my issue. I have always had great experiences with the staff at FFF!
