I had been charged for my season box on 12/24 and received an email stating so but also offered an upgrade to the annual subscription so I selected to upgrade but I was charged the full price of the annual subscription along with the seasonal subscription fee. I didn’t realize it wouldn’t give me credit for the season fee I had just paid. Reached out and Bren was very helpful, she was able to refund me the season subscription fee this way I only paid the annual subscription fee of 179.99.

Extremely helpful customer service, very understanding, and called me back immediately when my call got cut off. Was able to answer all my questions regarding shipping durations and processes, helped me with knowing more about the products, and was able to solve my problem in a matter of minutes.

I didn't receive my winter fff box even though it shows delivered on the website. I've been waiting for this box and thought it was just delayed. I get deliveries at least twice a week and have never had a problem with something disappearing even when it takes me hours to pick it up. I contacted fff and got a response from Jack. He's reordering my box and it should ship soon. Thanks fff for fixing my issue quickly and without argument.

What a pleasant way for a company to apologize for not being able to deliver a package before Christmas through no fault of their own. Covid. Need I say more? They offered me a $25.00 future credit to be used towards any purchases or to apply to my annual membership! How awesome is that!

This was my first package and there was one item I really wanted. I didn't know I had to request the item. I emailed customer service and Lezil was kind enough to send me the item. Looking forward to more FabFitFun boxes.
