The company went above and beyond to resolve my missing box. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts. It was the BEST experience I have ever had this season with a company. The products are always amazing and their customer service is even better.

Had not received my winter box yet and it had been a month since it was sent out. Called to let fabfitfun know and they are sending me out a new box with my items and a $10 credit. Made my day!!!
