My most recent box haven’t come in yet and when I would check the tracking number it would just say that it was in Indiana for the past 10 days and hasn’t moved. I emailed FabFitFun 2 days ago about this issue and I heard back this morning from Jack and they will be sending me a new box. He was very kind and helpful!

My box was delivered to my porch during a virtual meeting I was on. I live on a farm with not very much traffic so no one was around my box. When I retrieved my box it was obviously missing products. I then realized it was also not sealed at all and had no evidence it had ever been sealed. I then took video and pictures and did a issue claim to FabFitFun. I’m betting it got opened along the way of shipping and products fell out, or unfortunately maybe removed before arriving to my home. They were great and responded quickly. Kirsten then resolved my issue and also has sent me a replacement box!! So happy to get the rest of my products! Thank You so much, FabFitFun Elaine M.

I didn't receive my box. The post office said it was delivered but I didn't get it. I emailed FabFitFun and not only did Jack respond the same day, but he told me they were sending me a replacement box. And I totally wasn't expecting that. They even checked with the post office and found out that it was lost in transit. I am super impressed with their customer service!!

I had an amazing experience with customer service a gal in particular named Bren and she resolved my issue with billing and had great attitude and great customer service

On the occasion that I have had a reason to call customer service, they have always been cheerful and helpful!
