Improper charge was reversed as soon as it was brought to their attention. Very efficient and appropriate.

I buy quite a lot of items from the fab fit fun sales And anytime I’ve ever had any type of issue, they’ve always been more than helpful and resolved it to my satisfaction. Great customer service!

I had just ordered a box just a few days ago, then I remembered that I last December, I ordered the winter box, and for a discount, I ordered the spring or fall box. I wasn't overly impressed, but the influencers really convinced me it would be different this time. Then I read trust pilot and became worried after all the bad reviews about products and shipping. It seemed to me as though maybe things had changed at FFF and things weren't organized or as quality. I emailed FFF customer service and told them I had made a mistake. I did express my concerns. Chase contacted me quickly and refunded my money immediately even though they say they don't do that. So I don't know about the box but I can't say the customer service is excellent

I found the site in which to order a little confusing. Upon checkout, I had all these extra items in cart that I could not delete. The customer service rep, Renzo actually deleted them for me otherwise I would have cancelled the entire order. Great immediate follow up!
