I had an issue with my fabfitfun box where I didn't receive one of my customization preferences. James responded to me very promptly and not only is sending me my preferred item but also gave me $15 off my next box. Made my day!

I was I'm calling to cancel my subscription do to the lack of items in my box and the length of delay for my shipment when I spoke with Adrian he was able to resolve the situation replaced any items missing and I was able to resolve the problem right away He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Good job Adrian 👍

fabfitfun has one of the best customer service I have seen to date. they explained their policies and what they were going to do for me very clearly. they made things right and showed me proof that they did. they were also very friendly. I ended up leave the convo with a smile on my face. I will defiantly contact them again if an issue arises and not feel anxious to do so.

FFF has been very easy to work with and they resolved an issue I had almost immediately. Their customer service agent was kind, courteous and knowledgeable and helped me to quickly resolve my issue with just one email.
