I couldn't give fabfitfun anything less than five stars when it comes to the specific niche that they offer they nail it every time. As someone who is always looking for a good value I never feel like I've been underserved. The subscription is $50 four times a year so $200 a year which is a substantial amount of money and the value of the products that I receive are around four times that which makes it an incredibly good deal. I also have the power to customize my choices to make sure that I'm getting something that I want. I have found so many products that have become my new favorite in beauty home and even accessories. When it comes to customer service their team couldn't be better they are quick helpful immediately address the issue and offer a solution without you having to ask. you got a bunch of additional deals coupon codes to different website to shop things that you see flash shells add-ons all for discounted price. I've tried other quarterly subscription boxes and just wasn't as impressed I don't know why FabFitFun is so much better but it really is. The quality of the products is always superior I've never had an issue with something missing or showing up broken. They offer such a nice variety in each box with a great mix of products. I've discovered things that I didn't even know I needed until they showed up in my box and I wonder how I lived without them before. Even amid a global pandemic they address shipping issues before I even worried about them. They sent emails ahead of time to let you know things could be delayed and then they sent updates I am never left wondering what's going on they always have answers before you have the question. It's just such a great subscription box I've been a customer for years and will continue to be a customer I don't see myself ever canceling this subscription.

I ordered and paid for a rug back in October but never received it due to shipping delays. Things do not look like they are going to approve anytime soon, so I asked FabFitFun to cancel my order. They responded immediately and issued a full refund plus MD tax on my credit card. Thank You FFF!

FabFitFun customer service is exceptional. I bought my daughter a subscription for Christmas. I forwarded her the email I received when it was time to choose an item for her next box. Instead of continuing on my account she opened her own so all of a sudden without realizing it I was paying for two subscriptions. FabFitFun went above and beyond in taking care of my issue.
