I was looking to find out when a package shipped and I could not find the info online. I engaged Huey on the chat option and was excited to see it was actually a live person. He helped me figure out where my shipment was in a timely manner with outstanding customer service. My issue was handled within minutes.

My favorite subscription by far . I’ve received 3 boxes this year and I loved each one . Customer service is excellent, they reply fast , have a patience and gave me a 10$ credit for my inconvenience. Definitely recommend.

I rarely have any issues with FabFitFun and when I do, it’s usually something outside of their control like shipping delays. Each time I interact with their staff, they are courteous, helpful, and incredibly kind. I’ve been a member for 5 years and still love this amazing company!

There was a mistake were some things were left in my car and my credit card was charged. Their customer service was able to stop the order and issue a refund immediately I am very happy with their customer service.

I had some merch stolen through transit to my home and Janica resolved it on the spot. She had all the leg work done before she emailed me! I love being a part of FabFitFun!
