a set of mugs came in and was broken. I emailed FFF right away and it was handled ...I believe within 12 hours they had another shipment on the way to me... Thnx SOOOOOO much!!!

I have had Fabfitfun for awhile now. I recently had an issue with delivery with a box, drop ship, and Cyber Monday items. I contacted customer service. He listened to my issues and resolved them relatively quickly. I was told a new box would Ship out and received a credit for my lost items. I have NEVER experienced such AMAZING customer service! A+ customer service.

On Jan 8 I was shopping the sale online- so many great deals that I quickly spent $200... a few items I wanted were already sold out, so I worried that my selections would not be available. I decided to chat with customer service about it because "no checkout needed" was confusing for me (I am an old person- how is no check out a real thing?! lol) JD reassured me that my items are reserved for me until the billing happens on Jan 15

My FabFitFun box got lost in the mail. I waited over a month on it and it still hadn't arrived. So I reached out to FabFitFun with an email and they immediately responded back letting me know that they received my email and that someone will get back to me. a couple hrs later i get another emal. and its a gentlemen that works for FabFitFun and he tells me that my FabFitFun box indeed got lost in the mail but not to worry bc he is sending me another one and that it will be shipped out very soon. He was so nice and fast at responding back to me. I really appreciate the fast response and the professionalism of the situation. Especially with the pandemic that we are in which is causing the mail to be backed up so bad.
