In my winter box I got a LED makeup mirror. When I tried to use it, I put the batteries in, and it didn’t work. So I used the cord and bluffed it in to an outlet and it still wouldn’t work. So I emailed customer care and the sent me a new one immediately. I took a video and showed them the issue.
