I hadnt recieved my winter 2020 box and Cherrie from customer service went above and beyond to help me and resolve the issue. She did everything she told me. Not 1 complaint about her. She gets gold stars from me all around. Very very nice customer service rep to talk to. Wish every customer service could have more people like her.

I ordered an add-on eye pencil from Fab Fit Fun and they were not able to fulfill the order. I really was looking forward to getting the item and was disappointed when it didn’t come. I emailed them and they got back to me immediately and gave me a credit toward my next add o and credited my original payment back to me. They took my concern seriously and I appreciated that.

This is my first time using FabFitFun and I loved my box and also I had a fabulous experience with Maia in customer service!

There was a mix up with my shipping because I moved during that time and also went out of town for an extended period. I didn’t realize until I came back that my new shipping address didn’t get applied to that shipment and with one email asking if they knew where my box ended up, they sent me a replacement box. They understood the issue and helped make it right, even if it was more a case of bad timing than anything they did wrong. Great customer experience!!

amazing customer service, I got a fabfitfun box to try and loved what i received, i was considering switching to the annual plan but with exchanged rates it would be too much, their customer service refunded the annual subscription for me and switched me back to the seasonal plan without any confrontation.
