Fab fit fun helped me with my issue and reversed charges because I misunderstood that I would be paying for a annual membership. They were prompt and understanding and reimbursed me for my mistake.

I love my fabfitfun boxes ,all of them have been great , I hope to set them back up when I return to the states . all the staff that help me where totally professional and I will definitely rate them 5 stars!

I was late receiving my winter box, so I wrote to the company. They quickly issued me a second box because the first one seemed to have been lost. Well, I ended up recieving both boxes after all. I emailed them again, and they said because I was a loyal and honest customer, I could keep BOTH boxes! Way to go FabFitFun... THAT'S how you keep your customers happy and coming back for more!!

My mother ordered me the box for Christmas but messed up with the initial preference settings so I received a box with items I really enjoyed but not what I would have chosen. The lady we spoke with when relaying the message was so nice and let me keep the items that were shipped but also let me choose 5 custom items. They really went the extra mile to make sure I received the exact items I wanted!
