Overall I have never had issues ordering/receiving my packages, even though I am in Canada and it should take a bit longer for them to arrive. The customer service is really good and they try their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. It’s a fun box that I look forward to every season!

I love getting my fab fit fun boxes. This is a great subscription service. The boxes are beautiful, you get full size products- a great way to try new products for a great price. Most boxes contain coupons for the products- if you like something you can purchase it from that company. Great communication, easy sire to navigate, sales throughout the season, Highly reccommend this subscription service.

I've been a customer of fat fit fun for several seasons if not more years I've always had two memberships if not three at a time just based on my family's needs and amount of people living at home. I've always enjoyed receiving their boxes but I'm very seldom able to make my own pics for each season. My complaint was that I felt this past winter box was not of quality. More just the leftovers thrown in a box but the young man Zek was very helpful made me feel very important as a valu customer and because of him solely I will be renewing for another year as well as with my daughter hopefully this goes better and has not been resolved but I trust that with the care that's been given so far it will be.
