I accidentally requested to skip my box and I was worried about the response time but a little gal got right on it and corrected my issue for me and again was very fast and very nice and polite about what I had done. Thank you ☺️

I had ordered quite a while back FFF as a present for my DIL, and since it was my birthday, I thought I'd give myself a present. There were some issues with my tech skills and reactivating, and the Customer Svc rep (Irene) came to the rescue. She was so helpful and my issue was resolved and I reactivated for the annual membership. Thank you, FFF, you made my (birth-) day!

I had received a starter box offer from my daughter and decided to check it out. I applied for the box and my connection kept getting cut off. I didn’t realize that I was going to be charged for a future box. My customer service person was Cherrie and she was very helpful and was able to straighten out the problem and issued a refund. Cherrie was very professional and courteous.
