The website wasn't working properly and I needed to update my shipping information immediately. I sent an email off to customer service and the response was swift and they took care of my issue promptly. Very friendly and efficient. Their customer email interactions are a little pre-formatted which is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

I clicked on a facebook link where FFF advertised a free mini box if you reactivate your subscription. Nowhere on the ad did it say for *annual members only*. I am a seasonal customer. The customer service rep was very friendly though and added $10 in credits to my account for the inconvenience. So my gripe is really with the marketing team. Make sure people know what to expect when you advertise a promo like that.

I got my first FabFitFun Box and was disappointed due to that somewhere before I received it, someone had opened the box and taken all but two of the products. Within one email FabFitFun was willing to replace it. Max was a wonderful customer service representative and I willing to try again.

I received my VERY FIRST EVER FabFitFun box in February 2021. I am still learning about the smaller details and the community of people who are affiliated with FFF. Such as the book club, the chats and so forth. That’s not something I am particularly looking for but it’s a great concept! I took a leap of faith and signed up for the whole year! So far I have LOVED all my items! I love being able to choose items early and sneak peaks by the time line given on the app. I also LIVE for the add on’s! The only negatives I have, entail the add on processing... I dislike the AUTOMATIC checkout at midnight very much. Reasons: 1. Not everyone lives in the same time zone and that throws me off every time. 2. I usually have a collection of things that I am considering and narrow it down when it’s almost time for check out. With that being said, I had a family emergency and my FabFitFun cart was the LAST thing on my mind. Therefore, BOOM over $600 of things I hadn’t narrowed down yet. Anyone need a blow dryer?! I only have three... geesh. 3. Why midnight anyway? I feel like I am getting robbed in my sleep! Haha! Can an evening time be established perhaps? Along with a text reminder that your cart is due to expire. I tend to see a text before an email. -Other pondering thoughts.... instead of automatic payment perhaps there could be a system where your account freezes until you do check out? That way of there is any issues, the customers have a chance to contact FFF before their account gets drained unexpectedly. It may use a little more effort as a company but I am betting the customers will be happier. Unless I am the only one with this concern....? 😬 My final downfall, which isn’t major, is the app isn’t as useful friendly as I would like. To change settings and whatnot it seems daunting and a lot of tabs I didn’t even know existed until just venturing around. Such as the book club and magazine. I would of loved like a welcome email when I signed up listing all the AMAZING features that I’m sure many people don’t even know about. Just my thoughts though... I still have loved all the products and I am REALLY wishing it becomes a MONTHLY box in the future and not just seasonal! 😉

I feel you get what you pay for with FFF. I am an annual subscriber, and I love that you get so many choices. The quality isn't always the greatest, especially with their house brands in particular. However, I do feel the good items outweigh the bad (keep in mind, I am choosing 5 of my box items). Inevitably, I will always get one item that doesn't work for me from the FFF picks, but the rest of the box made the purchase worthwhile. And I would love to see a fully customizable box. Their customer service is friendly and gets the job done. Shipping can be slow, but it doesn't bother me much.

I was missing a product in my newly received order. I emailed customer service and they got back to me within 24 hours. The product itself was being drop-shipped, so it is coming, but I had no way to check that other than when I initially purchased it, on the items information page. Now I know for future purchases to double check that important detail and make a note. In the end my customer service representative was kind, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.

I was charged for a year subscription but only wanted seasonal. Ellie responded and helped me right away. Thank you.

Very accommodating and willing to meet me halfway when I wasn’t satisfied with an order. They found creative ways to solve my problem and I came out feeling like I’d benefitted from the whole transaction. Def recommended!
