FabFitFunReviews of fabfitfun.com

Received a cheaply made LED mask for $59 (supposedly worth $160) I find the same mask for $19 sold on Walmart.com Customer service sends me a robe to say “sorry” yet the robe doesn’t come with a tie so I can’t even use it. Very disappointed in quality of items lately as I’ve been using FabFitFun for years.

I gave 2 stars because I would actually like the boxes if I ever got them when I was supposed to. My first box was in summer. But I didn’t get it until AFTER my fall box. My latest box, winter, still has not arrived. Today is 01/11 and I was sent “tracking info” on 11/30, the box did not actually ship and I have not received it. Tracking info still says “USPS Awaiting Item”

I just received my first sample box to try... I was so excited to get it, but that quickly turned to disappointment...I received bath salts (don't have a tub) the eye masks look good, the hand/body soap is okay (smells very strong) I was most disappointed in the candle...it's beautiful, however, the scent is a very strong musty smell...I thought it would be great, so that I would want to purchase in the future, but I won't be continuing with this.

When I first started subscribing to FabFitFun, it was great! The boxes shipped on time and there were no shipping problems. ..Then came the deal with their new shipper in December 2020. I waited from December 1 until December 30th to receive my box. If I had taken that long to pay for my purchases, they would have cancelled my membership immediately. When I have contacted FFF about my problem, they wanted to place the blame on everyone but themselves. My membership renews in the fall of 2021, I am thinking about not renewing.

First time customer. Ordered a trial box which I received quickly and enjoyed. Ordered the winter box and was so excited I purchased a yearly subscription. However I have yet to receive my Winter box and was just informed after inquiring about it that it has been lost. I liked the trial box but since then my experience has been pretty ridiculous. My winter box shows it has not moved or transferred anywhere for almost a month (which must be where it was lost) and I feel that they should be tracking their shipments better. They should know an order was lost before I had to inquire. Once I inquired I did get a quick and clear response and they are supposedly sending me a new box but I definitely feel their shipping procedures need to be improved.

I received multiple gift cards to FanFitFun as a gift. I found out that it is impossible to use multiple gift cards on a first purchase. This is frustrating because it made it so I couldn’t purchase the year long subscription which is why I had asked for the gift cards.

I received notice I would get my box by the 6th. I didn’t receive it so I called and was told it would be there the next week and given a $15 credit. Well the next week came and left and still don’t have my box. Was promised if I didn’t have it by the 21st to call back and they would reissue a new box and expedite it for Christmas. Well, not happening, have to wait at least two more weeks. Plus now two of my add ones are sold out! They gave me $42 back but that doesn’t help me. I know have to try and figure out Christmas gifts that were already accounted for. I am very disappointed and frustrated!!!! I appreciate your fast response. However, I don’t feel that Covid is something new anymore and y’all know when the holidays are coming every year. When I placed my order it said guaranteed by Christmas, otherwise I wouldn’t have done the add on’s I did. I was counting on them as presents. And when I do my math correctly and my package was supposed to be here no later than the 6th. You stated I should allow up to an extra 10 days. Well, I did, and then another 5 days after that! So that totals me waiting an extra 15 days on top of it already being late. And yes, they placed another order for me because as your words were “despite it may still arrive in time” that is absolutely unacceptable! So, I feel like you are telling me I should wait until Christmas to see if the package arrives. Oh and then if it doesn’t I should just tell my daughters to not worry about their presents Christmas morning, they will get them whenever FabFit and Fun delivers it! That sounds like a great idea in my book!

I was super excited to get a free box and try FFF per my friends excitement. I got an email on 12/10 stating I’d be charged for my first box on 12/11. Since it was the holidays I decided to cancel (just for the winter so I can spend money on gifts for family). I cancelled at 5:09pm on 12/10 the agent assured me (it’s in an emailed transcript) I would not be charged. I was scrolling through my credit card statement and noticed I still got charged. Since they already billed me they could not refund EVEN THOUGH THEY BILLED ME A DAY EARLY! The next agent I spoke to stated that since they charged me at 4:43 pm on 12/10 and I cancelled at 5:09pm they couldn’t refund me! Ridiculous. I kept reiterating that they charged me DAY early and they still couldn’t fully refund me. The agent did refund me 50% of my charged amount but that isn’t the point. 2 stars since the products were good and the second agent was actually able to partially rectify the situation.
