I had a drop shipment pkg delivered damaged. It looked like something was dropped on the corner of it during the shipping process. I emailed FFF and shared the details including pictures and they resolved my issue quickly and are sending a replacement. They were courteous and professional.

I had a technical issue and instead of going back and forth, Travis assisted me with swift and efficient service. It took maybe 7 minutes of my time for him to help customize my Spring box. Provided me with delivery expectations and notifications without being asked. Great!
