Fabfitfun for me is great, I really like a lot of the items they have on offer and I think with the customisations you get your money’s worth. Like any business mistakes will be made, I had an issue with my recent spring box but they were able to resolve it. The customer care consultant I had ‘Ceddie’ was friendly and polite and I’m happy with the resolution.

My order was showing delivered by FedEx. However, I did not receive it. I called FedEx and was told my package was delivered to the back door. I told them I live in an apartment and do not gave a back door. FedEx told me to call fabfitfun and request a new box. I called fabfitfun and spoke to Clarke. He listened and promptly arranged a new box to be delivered to me. He was very friendly and quickly fixed the situation.

So fun to get treats every few months. Great company with exceptional customer service for the most part, even how they handle situations made awkward and hurtful by employees that hear but are not listening anymore which leads to a vicious circle of AAAWWW-K-WARRRRD! That ability to remain gracious and understand is what made me stay after I had to wait much longer for one of my boxes in 2019, it actually showed with the following one. I had contacted customer service many times trying to resolve the issue. I was having cognitive issues that day from my traumatic brain injury and trouble finding the right descriptives. Between tone of voice an exasperated sighs I was embarrassed and so infuriated. Some one else got on the line and was fantastic fixed everything 1000 times over.

I couldn’t get my three customize pieces on my order when I was ordering and Tina was kind enough to help with that.

Dorothy at FFF was prompt, efficient and courteous. We are still waiting for the completion of shipping which is out of her hands. She could only relay the information to me. So we will see what the final outcome is once the deadline has come and gone. However the part that was within her control was handled with care and diligence.
