My neighbors dog ripped apart my Spring Box destroying the items inside. I contacted FabFitFun not knowing if the box could be replaced or if I would have to pay for the replacement box. I contact them via chat and was able to send pictures showing the destruction and my box is being resent with no charge. Jamie the Customer Service Rep was kind and helpful and it made the entire experience as pleasant as it could be.

I received an item that was broken in my recent box order. I emailed FabFitFun upon noticing the damaged item. I received a personal, professional, and knowledgeable response from a FabFitFun team member in less than 12 hours. Not only were they extremely responsive, they are replacing the damaged item and just asked that I send a photo of the damaged item for their records. I’m not a person who typically complains about anything, so I do not have many customer service interactions to compare to, however the experience I had with FabFitFun I feel was top notch.

I was having an issue figuring out if my promo code went through. Sarah, the FFF customer service representative I spoke to, was able to answer my question very quickly. I didn't have to sit on hold at all! I am thrilled with FFF's customer service!

Honestly fantastic. Not only was the quality of the stuff inside the box amazing with a curated selection that lit up my wife's eyes, but canceling my subscription was easy enough as sending one email. It was an honestly a really great experience.

Had a hiccup with my order, emailed to say something was wrong. Dealt with same day (Sunday) very polite and friendly customer service adviser and problem sorted straight away. Super service happy customer. Highly recommend this company.
