Love FFF. Never an issue with anything like when there is a problem with things they are right on top of it immediately and get it sorted out as quickly as possible and are so sweet and helpful.

Problem Resolved Immediately!!
An order was sent to the wrong address by a contractor working for FedEx. The people living at that address did not return the product to sender, the contractor or FedEx. I emailed FabFitFun using the form they provided and received a response within 24 hours. The only solution was to either resend the product or refund it and that was done immediately without any additional stress because I was able to include all pertinent information required on the original request form.
