I really like the experience all around. I’ve been doing it for a year now with the annual membership. The customization options are great every quarter, and the quality of what arrives is exactly as expected. I tend to splurge on skincare specifically, and the money I save on that has been a game changer. Support has always been great if I need them too. One of my girlfriends also does it and we team up to compare boxes sometimes :)

The FFF customer service team has done it again. They helped me to receive a $20 credit that was missed (by me) somehow! They gave me the credit, no questions asked. Such an amazing gift. Thank you!!

Customer Service text was super easy, they needed to research the answer and got back to me in a timely fashion and resolved my issue! It was FabFitFun Fabulous!

She explained what I did wrong so I wouldn’t repeat my mistake again. She was empathetic and walked me thru the steps. A very helpful & on point customer service representative. If I had an opening at my store, I would enjoy recruiting her.

Have always had a great experience with with FFF! I love their products, subscriptions for products and I always have had great experience. If you need assistance with anything they are very prompt and helpful!! Most definitely my favorite is my FFF quarterly box to pick from amazing products.
