Usually everything is great. I love getting to pick some things and get a few surprises! Love the home stuff and have gotten so many things that I use every day! I do have plenty of blush/highlighters now - don’t need any more of those. In my last box, a ring I got lost the stone the 2nd or 3rd time I wore it and I didn’t know what to do about it.

Love the subscription program! Getting to try & experience new brands & products that I would not normally buy for myself. Love the concept of treating myself! I look forward to choosing what goes in my box. Such a variety of products from selfcare to health, beauty & home.

I think FFF does an excellent job offering some great products and awesome prices. I think it is extremely hard to make everyone happy but they try their best. As an annual member, I am going to love customizing all the products for my box. I have gotten many products that I would never have bought or sometimes never heard of....offered in the boxes! FFF also gives me the opportunity to buy awesome gifts for others! ❤️❤️❤️

I look forward to receiving my FABFITFUN box every season. The company takes the time to choose good products while also being mindful of the ingredients, which I appreciate. They introduce me to new brands that make a huge difference, compared to the generic brands I'm usually exposed to. However, I would appreciate some variety in my boxes, for instance, every box doesn't always have to be filled with skincare products, I'm interested in various genres of products, which are shown on my personality quiz. Other than that, I love it!

Products are always lovely and usually things that interest me. I receive coupons but due to not living in the US, I am not eligible to use them. Seems like a waste.

My spring box was never delivered. i contacted customer service via chat and she reordered my box. It was quite a while ago. i finally got notification that my box shipped and so i tried to track it only to see it hasn’t moved in 10 days. i was told it actually hasn’t shipped so i’m confused what is taking so long and why was i told it had shipped when it hasn’t. a little disappointed

Love getting my Seasonal boxes. But there have been only a couple issues that prevents me from giving a 5.

I had a problem with my first box being delivered incorrectly but the problem has been fixed I am waiting on my new box and the extra items I ordered and I'm very excited
