Wow what happened Spring 2021! I actually have two memberships myself and my daughter. That cactus sippy cup is absolutely ridiculous. If I wanted a favor for a children’s b day party I could find this at a $1 store. Please don’t say you look for Quality items. This month was a big miss and refunds should be had! Feel so disappointed! Spring might have Sprung but not in this box!

I’ve waited so long to order a box. You see celebrities opening their boxes, and it’s like Wow, that’s amazing! Only it’s not. Packed poorly , no big items like you see them unboxing. I think these are add ons, kind of misleading. Little more honesty would be appreciated.

Spring Box 2021 is a joke. I’ve been an annual subscriber for years and I’m disappointed in FFF’s downward trend. It’s as if it has become so successful that they can fill their once cool and good value boxes with random crap. Some of the items I customized are fine. The other stuff is like the clearance rack at Marshall’s. I know the company will say they try to feature diverse items from up and coming companies, blah, blah, sure okay, but I can get random stuff for much cheaper on my own. For example, who over the age of 10 wears daisy flower clips in their hair? Maybe for a festival or Halloween but who was excited to get these? And the quality? “Designed with love in New York” but more like “made for pennies in Vietnam.” Ditto for the reusable face thingies. Up your game or I’m leaving.

I just received my spring 2021 box. What a disappointment! Cheap stuff and a watch that doesn't work. Really? Here's the best part, I received a packet of seeds, seeds! What has happened to your company? I used to sing praises about you all but this box is a joke! Shame! I won't be renewing my annual subscription. I work hard for my money and I'm not wasting it on this nonsense any longer. Terrible!

I have had an annual membership (as a gift for me and my sister for over 5 years now). We decided how fun would it be to give this to each other and enjoy unboxing together as we live in different countries Canada and USA. Only this is turning into a nightmare. Can’t tell you how dissatisfied I have been with my overall experience. The website states that after "successful payment" You should receive your box. "Successful payment" was long ago and still no box or better yet they have even lost my box. But the absolute kicker is I do actual like some of the stuff I get, (when I actually get my choices) and as a result some of my friends and other family members have joined and they always receive their box like almost a month before me. Ugh like how disappointing is that. Not only do they receive it but they get their first choices almost always and they never have add ons????? Like what is going on here???? Even more disappointing when I call in to ask what is going on they have no idea what had happened because these poor customer service people really are not helpful. Even though they try, it is just complete verbatim of how to deal with a customer, no common sense strategies at all. If a mistake has happened and the box wasn’t received then own it figure out an alternative. It’s not hard. I've tried emailing but just get a standard answer repeating what it says on their website about shipping. I'd really like to call more often but if costs me more money to call and figure things out because I am left to pay the long distance bill when they take 45 mins to an hour to figure out what’s wrong and have me explain what happened to different people ugh!!!! Like why not take my number down and call me back knowing I’m calling from Canada and it’s costing me money. Not to mention Fabfitfun’s idea of rectifying the situation it to just give me a credit on my next order for $25 like really I just spent almost $500 between membership and add-ons and your want to credit me only $25 I really don’t understand. So what is the point of me continuing to keep giving this company chances to rectify thing if the facts are; 1.I can never get my first pick of something it’s either limited qualities or not available anymore 2. I always get some add-on taken of due to low stock 3. I always receive my box late by a month 4. Sometimes I don’t even get my box at all and have to wait even longer until the next box schedule. I wish I'd read all the independent reviews before I renewed this year. I will say they have some awesome products and when things run smoothly it’s awesome, but this is getting to be too much. Think this will be my last year I’m better off just purchasing the products I know my sister and I have come to like and not share in this (what was supposed to be fun) disaster.

I’ve been an annual member for a couple of years. Always doing add ons etc. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You can never get in touch with anyone. They don’t respond to emails. Most of their products are great ... just hope you never have an issue and need help with.

I went through winter box 2020 customization and paid for the box. I was notified it shipped via on trac on 11/18/2020. After 3 weeks with no updates from on trac I contacted on trac. Said they never received the box from fabfitfun. I contacted fabfitfun prior to contacting on trac and several times since. Fabfitfun checked on my box status and I was informed another would be sent. I’ve been waiting for shipping notification since 12/26/2020. Only response from fabfitfun it will be sent “soon”. Only positive response I got was when I cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund. Told me refunded and I should have it in 3-5 business days

This was my first box and I have to say I was disappointed. I did not receive my mini box in time for Christmas which was very disappointing. I was offered no compensation for the late mini box and the robe in my regular box says it is a large but it is way to small so the best part of my box is useless to me. I am not sure how long I will remain a member because I was disappointed in the quality of the box. It looks nothing like the ones you see these influencers opening in their social media posts. Things seemed to be just literally thrown in the box with a single piece of brown recycled paper thrown on top. The presentation when you open the box was definitely different than what you see when these influencers open theirs. That is disappointing because when you see that on social media that is what your expectation is. Also, doesn't everyone deserve the same quality and experience...especially since we are paying customers and not getting them free in exchange for posting about them? I think so! I posted my box opening and was sad to hear that my experience is not uncommon. Many of my friends had the same experience and have cancelled their memberships. Though the monetary value may be there I just feel like the actual box contents should be shown as they really are because you have an expectation on opening your box only to be disappointed. I'm sure I am only one person so my opinion doesn't really matter but I would encourage you to look through these comments because this is a common concern on this review page. Many people have commented about the December box having "everything thrown in with a single piece of brown paper." Also the robe sizing seems to have been running small which would have been good to know so we could have went up a size so they would fit and we could use them. I expected what I see all over social media from theses influencers and that was definitely not the experience I got! I was very disappointed but will give it one more box to see if anything changes. If not I will definitely cancel my membership.
