The support staff responds so quickly to problems. Frank from customer service helped me. He was so calm and positive!

My Fabfitfun experience is very good. My very first order of winter box was stolen but they were able to replace it immediately. Their customer service representatives are always pleasant, friendly and wonderful to talk to and my issues are always resolved. I have been getting all my products so far and none is lost since that first box. If I have a question, they immediately respond. Sometimes they also get back and call me back to make sure everything is alright. Their products are all high end— I love it and I’m really using most of it. I love the spongelle I ordered recently and can’t wait to order more in the future. I’m very satisfied with Fabfitfun. Thank you Fabfitfun!! :D

This is an escape for me to have something delivered just for me at an affordable price! I soon found out that's not how my brain is wired. I find myself picking out things for not only myself, but family and friends. I'm very happy with FFF and plan to continue with my annual subscription!
