I signed up for FFF back in 2017 and have always loved it. Some boxes aren't always my absolute favorite but the items can always been re-gifted to.my friends and family so it's always worth it to me!

Every time I have some issues or concern, fff always make sure that by the end of the chat, my issue is resolved. I'm so glad there's no going back and forth or ping pong-y moment with their helpful agent!

I signed up for the free box and was charged for the full subscription, which was not what I was aware was happening as I had not seen that in any fine print. I contacted customer service and was delightfully met by Tessa who handled my frustration as well as resolved my issue within minutes! I loves my sample box and would have stayed if not for some unfortunate circumstances on my end. The products were high quality and completely amazing. I will be back again when my circumstances improve! Would highly recommend this subscription!

I’ve been an annual member for a while now and just renewed for another year. In the past, whenever I had questions or minor issues they were resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Recently, I had a more significant issue (my fault) that I emailed them about and to my surprise they were able to resolve it on the spot. I also liked how in the post-interaction survey they included information about the woman who was helping me - a photo and a short bio. It all makes me feel like a valued customer who’s doing business with helpful people, not some emotionless bots (ahem Amazon and the like).
