I received my box damaged with missing items, I started a claim request and I was able to get all My questions answered and the process for my claim was handled very professionally

I initially gave one star since my box was missing but after talking to customer service, they re shipped and new box. No problems!!! I have not received my summer box yet. It says shipped but nothing.
