My box got stolen off the porch of my home. Customer service sent me a new one with no questions asked!

This is a great company that is always willing to help and be kind. I have found some of the greatest products I didn't know I needed through this subscription box. I would highly recommend Fab Fit Fun for ANYONE that loves trying new things! I have some of the cutest things and best products! I can't say enough what a genuinely kind company this is, they stand behind everything they do and are always willing to help.

I have been with Fab Fit Fun for a few years. There has been a few issues where something busted in the mail, or something was left out. I also called at one time called because I was very disappointed in a box. They mailed me some very nice products in return! In every case (except 1) I was beyond happy! The customer service is why I have stayed. I don't have to worry about something getting lost or broken because they will fix whatever it is! There was a time where my cat knocked over my brand new Hyaluronic Acid serum. It was still new and was just so disappointed! It wasn't their fault either, but they still sent me another one! I wasn't sure if they would have been able to help me and wouldn't of been mad if they didn't. It was such a nice surprise to get people that care to make us happy and want us to stay! And I'm here to stay! THANK YOU FFF!!! (except for that 1 person who really didn't like their job) 😁

I ordered a sweater that ended up being a different cut/overall much smaller (cropped, smaller neckline, etc) of what was shown in photos on website when ordered. I contacted them to return the item and requested a refund. After I was asked to send some photos to show the problems I was happy to have the refund go smoothly! I’ve been an annual member for many years and this is not the norm to have any problems and considering how helpful and wonderful this went with customer service I will continue being a loyal member!!

I have only had to deal with FFF customer service 3 times in the last year and a half but each experience has been excellent. The representatives are helpful and efficient.

I was missing 2 items in my recent FFF box. I contacted customer service and the issue was resolved immediately and the missing items shipped out. Thanks for having great customer service FFF!
