Great experience- I had a problem with an order and they made it right and went above that to make sure that my future interaction was better (giving me credit towards my next purchase on top of full refund. Love all the products I get from FFF. Recommend them highly!

My box said it was delivered and I never got it. In our community it's placed in a Mailbox and then key in left in ours. I never got my box and they r sending me a replacement box. They never made me fill like they thought I was lying.

Excellent! I have been getting boxes since 2017 and haven’t LOVED every one of them, but for $49 it’s an amazing variety box. I use everything I get and look forward to receiving it. Customer service have always been extremely helpful and efficient. I even moved to Ireland and still get my subscription to the UK!!

The customer service at FFF is the best I've ever experienced. I had an issue with an order and was ready to have to argue my case but instead the customer service agent just solved it very quickly.
