Happy Annual Customer
Happy Annual Customer! My opinion, GREAT Customer Service! I recently purchased the 3L Long Drink dog bowl, so I thought. To make a long story short… Got on Live chat with Customer Service, Package “MIA” and Sold-out! They apologized and gave me a refund! What more can you ask for ☺️

I had always wanted to be annual
I had always wanted to be annual. So, I took advantage of the free first box with the annual subscription. However, I wanted to get the tarte moisturizer from the summer box. I had confirmed with CS about the availability prior to purchasing the subscription but when I bought the subscription, I saw the item as unavailable. That’s when I contacted CS and he fixed the situation immediately. I got to choose all 6 items and will be sent the tarte for free separately. Double win!!!
