I am very up but not with you at fff it is not your fault that the FedEx gave my order to someone else and claimed it was my address! I just get so tired of lazy postal workers FedEx workers! I will have to again file a complaint on Tuesday because they said I got my head and neck pillow which I really needed from you!

Love my fabfit, was disappointed that everyone got their box but me. I then looked it up and noticed it was on it way but never made it 2 weeks later. I'm sitting on a month now from not receiving it but fabfit took care of it immediately. Disappointed some stuff got returned because no longer in stock. Oh well...

I was still waiting for the delivery of my summer box as of June 12 and the link did not provide me any information. The link that I was provide in the final email was exactly the same as what I was getting so they could not provide me any information and looks like the matter was closed. My box was delivered last night but the person did not know that from what I could see and looks like they were assuming the situation was resolved. Additional note: just to clarify the box was delivered late that night and the person that was helping me did her best also. Thank you.

The website and apps user interface is not that great. It does not explain what the customization window is, and is quite confusing for someone that receives a starter box invite. The site keeps asking to activate membership, without giving updates on status of starter box. The phone rep was very helpful in resolving the concern and guiding me.

Nice concept, allows you to discover new product. A good way to treat yourself 4x/year. Shipping is fast, always on time so far and I have been a member for over a year now. However, you can't expect to customize with the most interesting goods if you are only a seasonal member, even for annual member after few hours the best stuff is gone. Customer service is very effective when something goes wrong however they used to offer you compensation (more than simply fixing your problem) when something went wrong which is not the case anymore. Also, careful with the adds on. If you put something in your virtual cart, it gets billed automatically and sent which sometimes can lead to some surprises. Some boxes are better than others, for example winter was awesome but the summer one was quite disappointing. Guess it's part of the experience! Overall worth the price for the quality of what you get.

I recently purchased an annual subscription so I’d be able to customize. I did purchase after annual boxes already started to ship... but at the least I should of been given the option to customize with the seasonal members! The whole reason I canceled my subscription last time is cuz I couldn’t customize and here I am in the same boat when any common sense from a company stand point would of allowed some customization or offer to skip this box and start in the fall! I really hope I at least like some of the items:( Update: 2 customer service reps spoke to me & allowed me to at least select 1-2 items. I’m thankful for this opportunity to have at least a choice i choose in the summer box!!

I feel like the quality of the boxes took a plunge, but it’s easy to cancel your account and the customer service has been top notch. I still enjoyed using the service and would recommend to a friend!

While I love FFF, and I get to order during customization, it seems more and more often my options are becoming limited because things are being sold out out before I can make a choice.
