I find it unclear with customizing my box. Last bix i did not and was very disappointed with product. This time i did but it kept going with pick 2 of $10 or $7 items, i thought were box choices and ended up with extra $114 bill. Just not clear process but i am almost done with these so will suffer through. The customer service girl was wonderful

I knew after the winter box that I had been sent add-ons I didn’t choose but I didnt take screen shots after purchasing. I confirmed with the Spring box that I was not only charged for and sent THREE items I didnt add-on, and one item I added on that I didn’t receive. Thats not why I’m giving them two stars. I’m giving them two stars because when I contacted the company their response was that I could ship the items back at my own cost. Terrible. You charge me and send me extra junk (nothing was worth keeping) that I didn’t choose and you tell me I have to pay to send it back? Customizations opened for the next box and I wasn’t even excited about half of the options. I’m working on cancelling my subscription. You’ve got some work to do, FabFitFun.

I think you have some awful reps on your staff. Kelsey from siesta isn't such a great rep for the new age of women. She doesn't take any responsibility for the way she treated anyone last season and this season. I won't buy any of her products. I think moving forward it should be women encouraging women. Not "oh a bikini line was mine first and now I'm going to tear down you and your boyfriend to hurt you". Kelsey was my favorite and I actually did not like Juliette for the first 2 seasons but now I see. I would not want a friend like Kelsey. Go Juliette, i know you have made mistakes but you are a beautiful soul and a standup woman. Good luck to all of you though. And Brandon, STOP LYING TO YOUR WOMEN!

I got the winter, spring, and I’m waiting for my summer box but to be honest the prodructs or meh. I just looked at what will be inside my summer box d I can honestly say nothing in there interests me. One of the items is a brain teaser puzzle. I order bc of the skin, hair, and products like that not to get a puzzle in the mail. They also are sending silicone ice cube trays which also doesn’t interest me and is something I can find anywhere, even the .99 sent store. I was disappointed with the other boxes as well. Theee hang been any products I love or I see the celebrity affiliates advertise for. You see all this great stuff in their boxes and it’s filled then you get yours and it nothing like it. You can add some of those products for additional fees but that defeats the purpose of getting the box. I can’t wait to cancel the subscription.

Although I did like the items I received and looked forward to getting the box, they have some shady business practices and will not help you if you get caught in one. If you are just browsing and put things in your shopping cart, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THEM OUT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE SITE!!!! If you don’t, they will be automatically shipped to you, but you won’t be notified until they actually ship so there is nothing you can do. Yes, it does say there is no check out procedure but only if you look closely do you realize that it says the items in your shopping cart will be automatically sent to you. I have had issues with companies automatically resubscribing me for things, but when I call or chat, they always remove the charge and the subscription. This company will not do that. I will be cancelling after my next box (end of my subscription). Too bad, they are losing a customer who always orders extra over a $15 order. I’m lucky, though, to find out on a small order. Sometimes I leave hundreds of dollars of things I want to compare in my cart! Imagine if that had been the case! I did reach out to your customer care team, as your reply suggests. They told me there was absolutely nothing that could be done. That’s why I left a poor review.

I wasn't happy with the way the magazine layout was. It didn't list the items, cost of items or description of items.

Great service. I had a wrong item received for one of my customisations in my summer box. I emailed them yesterday and even with the time difference they emailed me earlier today to advise the correct item would be shipped to me in the UK. Prompt resolve and very good customer service. 24/6/2021: Unfortunately I think I spoke too soon. My replacement item has arrived and it's the wrong item yet again!! I am currently awaiting a reply from FFF.

I am a annual member and so far I have been really happy with the subscription. I would receive my boxes through FedEx, but am still waiting on my summer box that is being delivered through LaserShip. They keep saying they attempted to deliver with no response. I work at night so I am home all day. Nobody has ever come up. Not only that but on a separate FabFitFun box being delivered through LaserShip has been missing. They said it was delivered even though it wasn’t, and again nobody knocked on my door. I have sent them several emails and nobody has responded.
