UPDATE FOLLOWS: In October, I ordered slip on Vans for Christmas for my daughter who was visiting from Berlin Germany. I ordered size 9.0 (women) 7.5 (men). When she opened the box on Christmas morning, we were surprised to see 7.5 women's. I'm now going to have to pay to ship the shoes to Fab Creates for an exchange, then pay to ship them to Berlin. Which will probably end up costing me $50+ in shipping. I'm considering just asking for a refund and buying her something else from amazon.de. Thoroughly disappointing for her because she loved the shoes, and frustrating for me. UPDATE: FabCreates reached out to me personally and did everything in their power to set things right. First, they gave me free shipping to return the wrong-sized pair. Next, they attempted to send a new pair to my daughter in Berlin. That didn't go as planned and the shoes never arrived. Ultimately, the FabCreates team opted to give me a full refund. I support small business and although my daughter did not end up getting her shoes, I was able to see their product and it was as advertised. Really impressive art.
