Hi, we’re really sorry for the frustration and especially for not getting back to you with an update sooner. One of the blanks needed for your order had to be reordered, which caused the delay. Since every shirt is printed to order, we sometimes have to wait for a specific blank before we can finish an order. We did mention the blank delay by email, but we should have done a better job keeping you updated afterward rather than leaving you wondering what was happening with your order. We apologize for that and appreciate your patience while we get this resolved.
