Non function service. During todays race, the promised pre-race show was nowhere to be seen, and the stream was down the first 10 minutes of the race.

Today 5.7.2020 I missed half of the race due to your web page and your app issues. I paid 50 euros this year to watch my favorite sport. Same issues happened last year so this is getting absolutely frustrating to not be able to watch for what I paid for. I don’t care about excuses regarding COVID and home working, you had many days to be prepared for the race and many people paid money to you to be prepared. For me, what happened today is unacceptable and I do not see myself continue paying for this service. You owe us an explanation and I believe a portion of a refund . I do not see a person who bought the subscription to recommend this service at the moment. Again unacceptable for a such a prestigious brand with that financial value to not be able to set up a stream site/ app for their viewers that paid for this. If this happen again I will request a total refund and a cancelation of my subscription as there is no point on having without being able to watch F1.

Everything is wrong. The iOS and Android app are buggy and slow. The UX is really bad. The worst is that the streaming is not working. Not at all.

The App doesn't work as Advertised. You expect to stream the Race and use the Data Channel as well as the onboard cameras. But it doesn't work... as soon as the Race starts, the app crashes and you cant see the race and use the functions above. Eventually they open up the stream some laps later , but you still can't use the rest . Very Bad. Doesnt worth the money. EDIT Update: It's fair to recognize that the last 2 races solved the above problem apparently. So i bumped it up to 4 stars, because when it works the features are amazing. For me the major drawback right now it's the lack of native ChromeCast function.

A very bad streaming service. The App is bad, the website is bad, no airplay support, no smartTV/Apple TV support. For a multi billion dollar organization it is very dissapointing. The only good thing is the commentators. They had 7 months to improve the app and the experience and the app but they didn't.

Signed up just to echo how AWFUL this service is. In this day and age, a hi-tech company like F1 can't even get a decent stream going. The customer service is non-existent. They have NO idea how to run a service. Here's an opportunity to get in front of new fans and give them a good experience and they crap the bed. Find an alternative to this, don't give them your money.

This is the first year I've subscribed to F1TV and it has been very unreliable. For the first race of the season, I missed all of FP2 and the race stream didn't start working until 14 laps into the race.

The stream didn't run during FP2 and i didn't get access to the other feeds during the race. The sad thing is that this is the cheapest way to watch the races. Fix the app, you had 7 MONTHS!
