EZvacuum sent the wrong part and will not correct their error. No phone support and after 8 emails and 35 days, no new part or credit to my credit card. Website pictures terrible and customer support nonexistent.

Product description showed photos of Ridgid vacuum bags. EZvacuum sent knock-off, cheap "Green Klean" bags. Customer "support" told me I will have to pay shipping to sent these back and they will deduct what they paid to ship them from what they refund, in other words- no refund. THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTIZERS AND SCAMMERS. Stay away!

I ordered two genuine Tristar crevice tools and a dusting brush. The items illustrated in the on-line site were photographs of genuine products. I received cheap Chinese "knock offs" at full retail price. I emailed them several times with no response and finally at a cost of 5 dollars, I returned the items.. Fortunately, I used Pay Pal as a payment method, as opposed to giving them my charge card and they are handling the case. This company has a telephone number, but all calls are diverted to a "contact via email" message, and they never return an email message. This business is a scam !!!!

No return or adjustment on a Hoover Solution Canister that only lasted just short of 3-years. EZvacums product began leaking at the seams. The original manufacturers tank lasted 15-years.

I ordered a Bissell Carpet cleaner hose from Amazon that this company delivered without instructions for installation. The company recording at the phone no. on the packing slip instructed me to send the company an email which I did to which the company never responded. It is more than a week now. I wanted to replace the hose on my own but I ended up getting the hose replaced by an appliance repair shop. I would recommend staying away from this company.

I ordered 2 Shark foam vacuum filters for $40 (ripoff) and they sent me the WRONG size filters!!! They are so much SMALLER than the original filter and they don’t even fit!! I wish I had read all the 1 star reviews on Yelp and Trustpilot before ordering from them again. I emailed the company with pictures and I got an email back from some East Indian person named Radhika stating “a tech will look into this”. I want a refund for the WRONG items sent to me NOT a tech looking into it!! I wish I could upload pictures of the unmistakably wrong items shown. I ordered the correct filters on Amazon for $23 less and I got 4 foam filters, plus 4 felt filters, and 2 HEPA for $17!! I already disputed the charge with DISCOVER and they already granted me the full amount and EZVACUUM has 30 days to respond.

EZvacuum are scammers. My only regret was not writing a terrible review sooner, so that i could save everyone else the time and money to never purchase an item from this scam company. We had to deal with terrible customer support, my family had ordered a vacuum part from this company and the vacuum part had still not come in after 4 months of waiting. We then asked EZ vacuum where the package was and they basically had no idea, and did nothing to help us find the package or not even offering to send a new part. We paid an absurd amount for shipping fee, and the service is super terrible. A couple months later, we asked for a refund but now they disappeared and ghosted us, after not receving the package for almost a year since purchase. They are absolute scammers and should be avoided, if you like burning your money in a fire you should purchase an item from this company Tuan L

Customer Service doesn't exist. Damaged Motor. I ordered a motor for my Rexair/Rainbow Power Nozzle and I received the motor with multiple damages and no packing slip. I called the customer service number 1 703-951-3822 so many times and always an answering machine. I sent an email and finally I got an answer from Radhika through text. I returned the defective motor and got a refund except the shipping cost that I incurred ($17.10). I am very disappointed with this company. I will never do business with them again.
