I ordered a hose from EZvacuum that somehow came in wrong. I called their business at least 17 times most of the time it would say unable to answer call now once I got through and was trying to leave a message it would say after the message that it was full and couldn't take anymore after all that. So, I sent them at help requests from their website with no response. I sent two separate emails with pictures and explanations with no response. I was beginning to believe this whole thing was a scam I had no recourse I cannot talk to them or communicate with them in any fashion so I sent the hose back USPS-$24. I also informed my Discover card just in case of a fraudulent refund. I did get a response days later, but it was already too late. I suggest you find another company to get your vacuum cleaner parts from I was totally disappointed with their customer service. Will never ever buy here again what a joke.

Buyer Beware…I should’ve looked at Trustpilot reviews before I ordered from this sad excuse for a company. Again, they advertise genuine bags, but then send you generic versions at a premium price and make you pay for return shipment and a restocking charge. Do not order from this company!!

I went to this website to order a vacuum hose and wand for an older Hoover handheld. Since it's older I know parts would no longer be made for it which is why I came to the website. I typed in the model number of my vacuum into their search bar and it came up with a picture of a hose and wand that looked very much like what I needed. I ordered the parts. When they arrived they were too big for my vacuum. They would not fit. I emailed the company and told them of the debacle. At first, they blamed me for ordering incorrectly. I sent them pictures showing them the difference in parts. Again, similar, but not the same. They investigated and found that the parts I need are not made by the manufacturer anymore. I replied with, I'm aware of that which is why I went to that website. I thought they had another company making parts. After all, the model number of my vacuum is on their website matching to parts they say they have. The principle of this was to have them send me a shipping label. They refused again saying that the parts don't exist and that's why I have to pay for shipping the return. I returned the items on my dime and sent them the tracking number as they requested to process the return. I eventually did get an email saying they processed one of the items, the cheaper one, for a return back to my credit card. I replied in that email asking why both items have not been processed. I have yet to get a reply. I have pictures and emails from two different people at the company to back up all of this. It's been almost a month now.

DO NOT BUY FROM EZVACUUM.COM I ordered ORECK bags but received what I call generic bags. The bags are green, not blue like ORECK bags, with no printing on them. Cost was $16.99 for 6 bags and with the way their refund policy is, I would have received about half of that back b/c they would have deducted the shipping cost and I would have paid the return shipping so, I’m better off keeping the bags & chalking up the experience as a reminder that if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.

I did receive my part, actually the wrong one due to my mistake, but when trying to find out how to return it and order the correct part, I got....We can't find your account so transferred to a person to a phone that was out of service. I shudda checked the reviews. Shameful for a woman owned business to be this awful.

I received the wrong item. Instead of the Dirt Devil bands I ordered, I received Bissell bands that burned, snapped, and broke within 30 seconds of use. I contacted customer service and was referred to a technician. What should have been a simple resolution turned into several days of back-and-forth emails and ended with no response from the company. The order was not fulfilled correctly and was not resolved after multiple support interactions. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company. What a hassle for a $13.99 part! Save yourself the time and frustration and choose a different seller.

0 stars to be honest I’m honestly not sure how this company is still in business. I ordered some parts for my vacuum and it said it would take 3 to 5 days. Two weeks later, I finally received my package. Open my package. And none of the parts were correct. Emailed the company on multiple occasions with no response. Ended up having to call them and barely got any help from customer service. And let’s be honest, I could barely understand the gentleman on the other side of the phone. Lol.

Had a question regarding an order in which the part number ordered was not the part number received. On the packing slip it had an email for questions; however, my email question which included images of parts could not be delivered since it was rejected twice by them. So much for support.
