Very difficult to get help. Ask questions on their live access now support and was quickly brushed off. Asked question via email and ignored.

Ezoic goes above and beyond, it feels like a face-to-face business partner relationship, which is hard to find in the digital world!

They have been holding my final payment for over 3 months and have not given me a valid reason why. According to their terms and conditions, they can hold the funds for 90 after you stop displaying ads with them but this is clearly not the case. Also, they tell me that I am in breach of their premium plan agreement (I am not according to my lawyer) and when I ask them where in their terms it is stated that they can hold the funds for longer than 90 days they don't respond to emails. Do yourself a favor and don't work with ezoic. Do some more research and don't fall for this.

Ezoic has an excellent support team and staff. It also generates great revenue for my websites. Plus, Ezoic pays the highest ad revenue share at 90%! Others only pay between 70-85% for new publishers. Although the ad setup can be a bit confusing at times, the support team and staff have always been available to help me make the adjustments I need to maximize earnings on my websites. And once the ads are set up correctly, you don't have to touch ever again (or very rarely). What's also nice about Ezoic is that you can link Google AdSense through the Mediation feature to make AdSense compete for ads on your site. If AdSense wins the bid, then you earn more money! I don't think other ad platforms like Mediavine have that option (at least it didn't when I was using them in the past). Finally, Ezoic is super-invested in supporting its publishers. Ezoic continues to develop new products like Flickify, Humix, NicheIQ, etc, to help publishers maximize the income-producing assets on their websites through videos and better topic selections for content. Overall, I have been very satisfied with Ezoic and see no reason to go back to any of the other ad platforms like Mediavine or AdThrive.

I have been using Ezoic for years for display advertising across my sites. I have been able to get great rpm’s and love all their extra tools especially their speed tool. My sites have never been faster. The new video tools are also great. While I use them on sites with many different audience locations, I’ve been especially impressed how well it has monetised my Asian majority audience site.
