Once they take control of your domain trough cloudflare you cant almost not get rid of their control, despite new account on cloudlare. Very scary situation. Also you cant delete domain until "unintegration", i check site integration and its not integrated. Support is a bot

Ich habe Ezoic über einen Zeitraum von einem halben Jahr getestet. Es war ein Akt des Grauens. Massive Überflutung an Werbung, viele technische Probleme, regelmäßige Serverausfälle. Die Performance der Seite wurde deutlich schlechter, die Nutzerzahlen vielen ab. Ezoic hat in diesem Zeitraum fast mein Business zerstört. Dazu habe ich auf HDsports auch einen Erfahrungsbericht geschrieben... UPDATE auf die Antwort von Ezoic: Eure Aussagen sind nicht korrekt. Die Webseite wurde mit Werbung überflutet, ich hatte in diesem Zeitraum einige User-Beschwerden, seit dem Ausstieg von Ezoic nicht mehr. Werbung verdeckte teilweise den Inhalt oder verhinderte Interaktionen auf der Webseite. Leider kann man auf Trustpilot keine Bilder hochladen, ich habe zahlreiche Screenshots davon. Die Seite war regelmäßig nicht erreichbar, Höhepunkt war ein Ausfall ein gesamtes Wochenende Anfang Juni. Daraufhin habe ich sofort die Nameserver von Ezoic entfernen lassen, von Ezoic kam nie ein Statement zu dem unfassbaren Ausfall von 35 Stunden und 29 Minuten (1. - 3. Juni). Die Anbindung mit JS-Code-Snippet ist eine noch größere Katastrophe. Ich hatte das zwei Mal im Laufe der letzten Jahre kurz getestet. Die Seite ist danach so langsam, dass sie gar nicht mehr zu nutzen ist. Ihr wisst doch selbst, dass das JS-Code-Snippet nicht nutzbar ist, demnach finde ich es nicht seriös, dass ihr mir hier das sogar noch einmal empfehlt. Mir würden noch zig andere Kritikpunkte einfallen, wie etwa teilweise minderwertige Tools die ihr empfehlt (Infinity Engager, der über Social Media als automatisierte Antwort einen getöteten Sportler "gute Genesung" wünscht"), oder massive Probleme mit Cloudflare (auch da wurde ich mehrmals von meiner eigenen Seite gesperrt), aber das würde hier den Rahmen sprengen. Ihr habt meiner Plattform massiv geschadet, auch für die Zukunft. Denn an den Folgeschäden aufgrund der massiv schlechten User-Experience und den vielen Ausfällen muss die Plattform noch heute leiden...

Lieber Thomas, danke für dein Feedback. Die Aussagen zur Performance und zur Anzahl der Anzeigen können wir anhand unserer Daten nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Laut Big Data Analytics haben sich die UX-Metriken während deiner Nutzung von Ezoic, wie die Absprungrate und die Verweildauer pro Besuch, im Laufe der Zeit positiv entwickelt. Die Absprungrate blieb nahezu konstant und zeigte insgesamt eine leichte Verbesserung. Auch der "Ads per Page"-Bericht zeigt, dass nur 25,6% der Besucher mehr als 3 Anzeigen pro Seite gesehen haben. Bei 27% der Pageviews wurde sogar nur eine Anzeige ausgespielt, und die Anzeigendichte lag stets bei 10% oder weniger. Die Core Web Vitals sahen ebenfalls solide aus. Auf welchen Daten basiert deine Annahme, dass die Performance deutlich schlechter war als vorher? Bezüglich der technischen Probleme können wir verstehen, dass solche Ausfälle, selbst wenn sie nur einige Nutzer betreffen, ernst zu nehmen sind und insbesondere für News-Seiten große Auswirkungen haben können. Es tut uns leid, dass es bei dir wiederholt zu Ausfällen kam. Normalerweise sind solche Probleme bei unserem Cloud-Setup äußerst selten. In diesem Fall hätten wir dir wahrscheinlich früher die Setup-Option über das JS-Code-Snippet empfehlen sollen. Diese funktioniert durch das Hinzufügen von ein paar Zeilen Code, so wie zB bei AdSense, und hätte die technischen Probleme vermieden, da Ezoic damit nicht für das Ausliefern der Seite verantwortlich ist. Falls du uns in Zukunft noch eine Chance geben möchtest, stehen wir gerne bereit, dir zu zeigen, wie Ezoic über das Code-Snippet-Setup auf deiner Seite funktionieren würde. A ridiculous and complicated system They removed the 10,000 views requirement, which is good But after registering, you will be surprised that they impose three stages of testing on you to obtain approval As if we were their slaves, the support section is full of technical complaints I hope to simplify the site procedures, and make it clearer

Sites that sign up with Ezoic go through the approval process once at the start and it is then decided if they meet Google´s and our guidelines and are thus eligible for monetization with Ezoic - We aim for the approval process to be as straightforward as possible. Ezoic premium is nothing but a scam. They promised me higher earnings if I join the platform, since then till now, the earnings is a waste of money. I'm just waiting to qualify for Mediavine and I will leave their platform.

There was a time when this was a great alternative to the major players in the advertising field, sadly everything has changed and while I hate to see a business in based in the US fail.. the tactics that were used to try and keep us as a customer was despicable, emails, calls... never stopped begging the company to stay. I give the company 2 stars because honesty I want something to change, because some good people work there, and it's not their fault that the CEO isn't steering the ship.

I'm not sure what to think of this company. Traffic keeps increasing to my website but my revenue from ads doesn't go up. I signed up for premium and pay $22 a month for maybe $35 in extra revenue. They keep changing things and then post things you need to change under "Urgent Issues Impacting Revenue." Well, I'm not a web designer and shouldn't have to run to one and pay him just to accommodate your changes. Just keep it simple and consistent. The day my premium traffic drops to less than $1 a day is the day I just get rid of Ezoic. I can do without the layers of complication because life has too many unnecessary details as it is. I'm sure there is a company out there that will do a better job of this.

I was getting good revenue on the platform. But something happened with their plugin LEAP and it started caching wrong site. I asked for support. It has been over a month and I have not recieved any kind of helpful support.
