I've just finished integrating my site into the Ezoic platform and taking advantage of the myriad of different options available although I suspect there will be some tweaking over the coming weeks as the analytics start to flow. The onboarding process has been pretty straightforward, but whilst the tools are there, an understanding of their impact is necessary and time for testing before jumping all in should be considered. I never felt it was Ezoic's responsibility to make my site work and so I wanted to ensure I knew what was going to happen before it did and at the very least have a back-out path if it didn't do as anticipated. Ben was my onboarding specialist and was always prompt, friendly and answered all my questions and offered the services of the support teams many times along the way, but they were unnecessary but its good to know they are there in the future should the need arise. Now I can concentrate on monitoring and improving the experience for my users which I hope will turn into increased revenue over Adsense alone. In summary, you need to take time to plan your integration but the opportunities offered by Ezoic going forward as my site grows were too good to not take the time to make this step.

Ezoic invited me back in July to put ads on my site. I decided I would and thought it would be an easy straightforward process ... How wrong was I.. After eventually getting it all set up on my magazine the problems began. The site was slow, sluggish and constantly crashing, support were little help and just blamed the host.. Numbers to the site were dropping, trying to get press releases out on a daily basis was a nightmare. LEAP caused so many caching issues we had to turn it off. Then without warning, they pulled all adverts and accused me of stealing content which was incredibly offensive. We are an established magazine, with a great reputation and have never scraped content from anywhere. Google AdSense has no issue with the content on my site. So I closed my account or at least I tried to. I was promised they would remove all traces of ezoic from the site but lo and behold they are still there in the ads.txt file and not getting any help on how to get rid of it. Since removing ezoic from my site the speed has increased tremendously and my numbers are up 30% in just a few days. They still owe me a considerable amount of money for the adverts published to date but we will see if that is ever forthcoming, I am not hopeful. My advice, look elsewhere, they give conflicting advice and when there is a real issue they are not interested and you just cannot get the help to resolve the problem. I would be very wary of the 5* reviews on here, most of them have only posted that one review. Not suspicious at all!

I'm a seasoned niche expert that work on Ezoic daily for clients. I have a dashboard error and it is unsolvable because the provided solution does not work. Open support tickets automatically closes with a useless automated message. I now have to evaluate if Ezoic is a platform I would recommend to my clients in the future. My professional opinion is that Ezoic is mediocre at best. Ezoic, feel free to respond because this is the only way I can get a message through to support.

I first tried Ezoic a few years ago after seeing it highly recommended on a YouTube channel I really liked. To begin with, it was great. It really boosted my earnings. After a while, problems began. Eventually, my website was almost unusable and Ezoic nearly tanked my business. Their customer service had been helpful to start with but by the end they were useless and rude. This year, they got back in touch and promised that everything had changed. I gave them another shot, but again Ezoic just broke my website. The customer service were beyond useless. I explained that my website is my livelihood and I need it online all the time. They didn't care and didn't help. Pathetic. To be honest, Ezoic is great when it works. However, for me it's not worth making a few hundred dollars a month to lose all the revenue I'd make selling services and products because my website is broken 99% of the time. It's disgraceful how bad Ezoic is and how little their staff care.

Frankly, I am about to use this product and I am super pumped because Juan Pablo has been an amazing help in the onboarding process. He answers my question in timely fashion and act upon our discussion. I value quick response in communication and Juan Pablo gives that which is very good for any business that wants to build a connection with their customers.

Ezoic just broke my website, with its integration. After removing my site it went down. Support was not helpful at all, it's a fact. They promised to troubleshoot but they'll only assign another employee to ask you another non sense instructions. I would never recommend Ezoic.
