We switched from AdSense to increase revenue. I got a sales pitch from their rep (Juan) and he was very helpful throughout. The only complaint I have is that Ezoic's admin screen does not support Japanese.

First they "harras" me for weeks with emails trying me to join the program. After a while I decide to give it a try. Do all the setup and get started with the ads. Many things are not user friendly, but that's not the real problem. After a while they shutdown my account, without even notifying me, they also don't give a reason and when you send them an email they simply ignore you. If you ever heard anything good about ezoic, that's probably from experiences from years ago. Ezoic in 2023 is absolutely terrible and unreliable. More proof that Ezoic is in fact terrible, I reached out to them using the email that was given to me by the comment on this post. They still completely ignore me, don't believe any of the reaction posts given on here, they just want to keep up the appearance, but they don't even respond to emails.

Ich hatte aufgrund von Unzufriedenheit mit Adsense eine Alternative gesucht und Ezoic für 3 Monate getestet. Nachdem ich zahlreiche Artikel auf verschiedenen Blogs gelesen hatte, die Ezoic in den Himmel lobten, war ich voller Erwartungen meine Einnahmen kräftig zu steigern. - Erster Schock die Name Server Integration, einzige Möglichkeit Ezoic zu benutzen, wenn eine Internetseite nicht auf Wordpress basiert. - Zweites Problem, das SetUp der "Placeholder" Zuerst war ich angenehm davon überrascht, dass sich mein Account-Manager buchstäblich darum riss das SetUp für mich zu machen. Danach verstand ich, warum. Sie ist sehr schwierig zu verstehen und äußerst kompliziert, falls man wert auf eine attraktive Webseite legt. - Weiteres Problem der "KI Adtester" knallt Anzeigen fast willkürlich irgendwo in die Seiten und zerstört teilweise das Layout. Zusätzlich kommt das Problem mit der Verlangsamung der Seiten. Leap, was eigentlich helfen soll, die mit Ezoic JavaScripts überladen Seiten wieder etwas schneller zu machen ist ein Fass ohne Boden. Es gibt endlos viele Möglichkeiten von Einstellungen (critical CSS, Verzögerung von JS …), aber fast alle erzeugen Fehler in der Darstellung und zahlreiche Bugs. Die Einnahmen sind vielleicht etwas höher mit Ezoic als mit Adsense, allerdings, nur wenn man akzeptiert 2-3 mal so viele Anzeigen auf jeder Seite zu platzieren. Was nicht gerade sehr User freundlich ist. Nach 3 Monaten mit endlos vielen Support Kontakten wegen Bugs, Stunden und Tagen die ich damit verbrachte, die Probleme zu lösen, der sogenannte EPMv entgegen der Versprechungen nicht stieg und ich den Eindruck hatte, dass die Position, in den Google Suchergebnissen sank (schwierig festzustellen ob's am Ezoic Experiment lag) beschloss ich das Experiment zu beenden und zu Adsense zurückzukehren. Fazit: Für Publisher die nicht sehr viel Wert auf attraktive Seiten und gutes UX legen, viel Zeit haben zu experimentieren kann Ezoic einen Versuch wert sein. Alle anderen sollten es sich 3 Mal überlegen. Dennoch etwas Positives zum Schluss: Manche Ezoic Account Manager scheinen sehr motiviert zu sein und antworten auch noch spät Nachts und am Wochenende. Hilft leider nicht viel, solange das System nicht ausgereift ist.

Wenn die Nameserver-Integration in Kombination mit einem optimierten Leap genutzt wird, sollte es normalerweise nicht zu Geschwindigkeitsverlusten einer Webseite kommen - Auch die Anzahl der Werbeanzeigen, die gleichzeitig ausgespielt werden, unterscheiden sich von Besucher zu Besucher; unser System spielt nur eine hohe Anzahl von Anzeigen gleichzwitig aus, wenn es sich sicher ist, dass die Erfahrung des jeweiligigen Besuchers nicht darunter leidet. Es tut uns leid, dass du solche Erfahrungen mit unserem System machen musstest, aber freut uns dennoch zu hören, dass unser Team versucht hat, dir so gut wie möglich weiterzuhelfen. Very poor service, the interface of the site is very complicated.. There is no help or follow-up from anyone on the site.. They leave you with all their complications. Even if you make a mistake in the settings that affects your profits, no one will alert you.. They delude you that there is an account manager who follows up on your account, but he is in Reality is just a robot..it will not respond to you even if you send it a thousand messages..in short, it is a waste of time and profits, and I do not recommend it to anyone

"As a publisher using Ezoic, I was disappointed to find that my website, 8171ehsaasprogram.com, was demonetized without any authentic reason. Ezoic claimed that my website contained adult content, which is not true. I invite anyone to visit my website and verify that it is purely an informational site dedicated to the Ehsaas program, a poverty alleviation initiative. Despite my efforts to appeal the decision, Ezoic has not restored my revenue of $43. I am disappointed with the lack of support from Ezoic in this matter." To Ezoic's support team I request a review of their decision, and provide evidence that My website does not contain any adult content.

It is unlikely there was a mistake, but if there were an option for an appeal of this decision, you would see that in your dashboard. We must carefully abide by all Google content policies and hold our websites to the same standards.

Después de 4 meses de uso vuelvo a AdSense, no por que me haya parecido pésimo, simplemente por qué gano lo mismo que cuando me fuí. Y ya he hecho crecer mi tráfico lo suficiente como para percibir más de lo que estoy percibiendo, así que me voy para no estancarme.

I was getting good revenue on the platform. But something happened with their plugin LEAP and it started caching wrong site. I asked for support. It has been over a month and I have not recieved any kind of helpful support.
