I am currently a patient and ever since I’ve been switched to Dr Robert Griggs he has no regard for my time or for what a scheduled appointment is. Every time I make my initial appointment it is followed by a call saying he can not see for that time. This is every single time. Once they give me a time he can see me it is always after my pharmacy is closed. Then after getting a scheduled time that they give me, it’s usually followed by ANOTHER call canceling the time we had set and they move it to an even later time. Mind you this is all the time. They have absolutely zero regard or respect for keeping a scheduled appointment. This was never an issue with Jillian Perreault. He made me wait forever for our first appointment and have no respect for your time. I’m paying for my convenience not his. This has to be one of the most frustrating ways to conduct an appointment. I always have to worry my appointment will be changed, with no regards to my time and it becomes a waiting game. Jillian Perreault was always on time and during actual hours the pharmacy was open and she never had me wait one minute. Our appointments were promptly at the time they were scheduled. No later. This is extremely unprofessional and I’m getting tired of the scheduled times being moved constantly with no regard for my money, my time, completely unprofessional.

Excellent experience from talking to Dr.May and staff is always helpful

I've used EZCare to schedule 4-5 doctor appointments, and it's such a hit-and-miss experience. Most recently, my card was charged $59 more than expected, and since I didn't screenshot the payment screen, I won't be getting that money refunded even though I am positive that my checkout total was less than what was charged. I was never sent a confirmation of payment email. I can live with that. But combined with the terrible service, it's an incredibly frustrating experience at times. Sometimes I have been able to get an appointment, and everything goes fairly smoothly. Sometimes it's a complete headache to try to go back and forth, emailing, calling, and waiting for someone to contact me a week after making payment and scheduling an appointment, and the time slot you select upon checkout is never honored. The website patient portal is useless. Even though I've had several appointments through this service, there is zero history of it in my online account. Every time I pay for an appointment, they have me go through the paperwork and verify my ID as if I'm a new patient. I don't know what the deal is with them, only that sometimes their service is fine, and sometimes it's so terrible that I've had to reverse charges because I simply cannot schedule/obtain the services I paid for.

I’ve had an amazing experience thus far. Transparent pricing for care, easy to use website, great appointment availability and great customer service. My Dr is great about checking to see if I have any questions or concerns regarding my treatment. On one occasion, the pharmacy was out of stock for my prescription and within minutes, the team at EZCare was able to get it sent to another pharmacy in my area that had it in stock.

I’ve done telemedicine since 2017 for ADD and this was a great care service. Script was sent instantly. IGNORE REVIEWS ABOUT HARD TO REACH. To be honest all telemedicine services have up to 3 days turnaround if you change your script from one pharma location to another. This is just the reality of the business and they’re just new and naïve so their complaining for no reason about turnaround times that are clearly stated on almost any telemedicine service. Cheers!

I live in OH and EzCare / Medvidi Are Awesome! For the first time in a long time i actually felt heard by my psychiatrist! Be patient as the can sometimes take a little longer than I would like but overall, so far, My experience w them has been great. I canceled my first appointment and they refunded me my money fairly promptly and so I decided to give it another shot and I'm so glad that I did. Thank you Dr Astor and thank you Medvidi!

Dr Morgan took his time to fully understand my problem, and to get a thorough history. He discussed possible treatments in depth and I felt he listened to me. This was my first experience w/ telemedicine and it was a positive one.
