This is the third session I have had with this facility and I have nothing but good things to say about the services from the initial intake and evaluation to the scheduling and dealing with questions and concerns to the empathic and compassionate professional behavioral health staff with whom I have met. This is a well run, efficient, and compassionate patient care facility.

My experience with ez care clinic was very positive. I was able to meet with someone very fast and was able to address any issues very quickly. I highly recommend for anyone who does not have time to make in person visits!

So convenient! The doctor was extremely nice and I felt comfortable right away. Glad I did this, and in amazed how fast it was! Thank you.

I had an initial virtual visit/consult about 4 months ago with a doctor in my state that works for/with this service/clinic. It’s a little different than going to an in-person visit, as all of the admin type stuff is handled by the company. So all your payment issues, appointment setting, prescription issues etc are handled by phone or text by CSRs vs the doctor. So far I’ve had the initial visit & 3 monthly follow-up appointments with the same doctor. He was very pleasant & helpful. It’s a little expensive, but when you think about the cost of searching for a doctor, waiting for an appointment, commuting to a nearby city every single month, taking off work etc, it’s not bad. It is definitely very convenient to be able to have your appointment on your day off, at home. They send your prescription(s) (if prescribed) immediately to the pharmacy of your choice. My insurance does cover my medication. All in all, I am satisfied. I haven’t had any issues at all.

Supper friendly kind and respectful, they listened to my concerns and the problem I was having and help me get the help I wanted and need. 10/10 definitely recommend

I recently had a great experience at EzCare Clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical care. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and they made me feel comfortable. And I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen by a doctor. The doctor who treated me was thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns and questions. They were able to provide me with a clear diagnosis and treatment plan, which I felt confident in following. Overall, my experience at EzCare Clinic was top-notch, and I would definitely go back in the future if I needed medical care. I appreciated the high level of care and attention to detail that the staff provided, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality medical care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
