Did the three test and purchased the try ons. But did them wrong. Was contacted by Denzel of the support team and he helped me with doing it correctly. Very helpful and thankfull for Denzel.

I followed all your directions and ordered reading glasses with the prescription your product (Eyeque) generated . The reading glasses I received were fantastic. I have never been completely satisfied with the reading glasses that Ophthalmologist recommended to me. I always felt that they were not as efficient as they could be. The glasses I received using the prescription from Eyeque were the best ever. I went out of my way to find the smallest and most difficult print to see and read and with my new glasses was able to easily read them. Thank you for an incredible product that has changed my ability to see the world

The test glasses were close but felt off at the same time. They def weren't as accurate as just going to the eye doctor for a test. I did 10~ tests when it only advertises that I need to do 3.

I wish the results would of been a little better with my vision, but as far as customer service, Denzel cannot be matched!!! He was fantastic throughout tfe entire process!!!

Worst device I have ever get

Procedure was very long and convoluted and the prescription was way off from what I currently wear

My product had a defect. Support was exceedingly patient and helpful. It took a long time to evaluate but they stuck with me before finally realizing it needed to be returned and replaced. Have not yet received replacement so cannot comment on the product but support has been superb
