I sent an email to ask a question on a Saturday. By Monday morning I received an email response - thorough, specific, personalized and courteous. Not the answer I was hoping for, but perfectly understandable, acceptable, and well-delivered! All communications and updates regarding their Kickstarter campaign have been timely, informative, and straightforward. I've owned one of their devices for several years now. From all of my experiences, this is definitely a trustworthy organization. (I have no affiliation with them other than as customer and Kickstarter participant.)

This is an excellent, above board optical company. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. The refund of my purchase was immediate. The technology is likely to improve, so at some point in the future, I intend to try it again. It sure beats driving to a local optical establishment, when you can do it on your computer at home!

Glasses here are affordable, easy to purchase, and work very well. Thank you! Customer service with this company is above average. A+

I was thrilled to find an option from waiting weeks to get into the eye doctor for new glasses. There is definitely a learning curve, and make sure you block off a minimum of an hour for the process.

Worked like a charm I thought it might be a wingnut idea but this turned out to be a very accurate test. Got my glasses using the prescription it gave me. Perfect

I don’t think that your device can give a prescription high enough for my eyesight — I was impressed by the feel of the pupillary distance calculations, but the glasses were too low in power.
