EyeQueReviews of eyeque.com

EyeQue was really great and easy to use. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

My prescription exceeded manufacturing limits. I asked if they can make try-on glasses that are not exactly per the tested EGN (0.25 off), but within there capability. CS was not very helpful in accommodating my request. Maybe they just did not understand what I was asking.

The support team was wonderful helping us work the problems we had with our eye tester. Thank you! Would gladly recommend EyeQue.

I could not find any way to speak to someone for a quick pre-purchase question. The e-mail inquiry was answered right away with a phone number and extension for a human! AWESOME. Got my answer... They shipped within hours and arrived in 48 hours.. Look forward to using the product!! Thank You!!

Very pleasant, professional and factual. Exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you

Denzel has been phenomenal in attending to me and I am beyond satisfied with my service both with customer support and the product.

After doing the test I sent off for a try-on pair. It was bad, really bad. It was so off that it gave me vertigo just to try on the glasses. Went to an eye doctor shortly after and just need some reading glasses. Would not recommend.

Test was very simple and straight forward. Test glasses came quickly and were spot on.
