Purchase was simple but promo code that was advertised at top banner (for a free unit) was not available at checkout. Very disappointing!!!

Hi!! We're so sorry about that. Our Free PVT offer is only valid for US shipping. When you click on the banner, it takes you to a blog that states this. But your feedback is very valid, we are currently working to update the banner to make it more obvious this is for US shipping only. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Easy to order. I don’t know when it will arrive though. It doesn’t say how long standard shipping is.

If you apply the discount code in the first screen, the application would reject saying "invalid code". I had to research the issue and figured that I have to come to the last screen and then apply the code there - and it worked.

Hi James, that's correct. The code works on the final check out page because the offer is only valid for US shipping only. So, we need your address before the code applies! Sorry for that confusion. Let us know if you have any other questions/concerns :)
