Love the promotion! I've needed an updated prescription but couldn't get a new one because of covid. Couldn't get it right so contacted support, they got right back with me and now my vision tracker is on its way. Can't wait to order some new glasses Thanks!

Hi David, We have a couple of ways to set up an account. ` 1. through Eyeque.com 2. through the app Either way you choose, you will need to confirm your account via email. Haven't received it yet, and the "survey" that was sent specifically asks only about the buying process, which is admittedly fast and simple. But in actuality you're being sent to Trustpilot to review the company in general. This is misleading, and I am considering canceling this order if shady tricks like this is standard practice. Update 1: I appreciate the quick response, but I did not say that the order is missing or late. The email I received was misleading me into thinking I was reviewing the _order process_, not the product or process as a whole. The process is good.
