The product has been excellent for my severe dry eye issue. During my last ophthalmologist appointment my doctor said my eyelids looked great! I showed him your product and he said he was very pleased with the ingredients, in particular the tea tree oil. The product is very soothing. It is great first think in the morning as well as after my warm compresses. Customer service was also very responsive when I had a request.

I have tried all of the top brands of eye drops for dry eye with little to no relief. When I saw ads for dry eye wipes, I was very skeptical. I thought it was just another dead end. I finally tried Eyemos REALief dry eye wipes and was pleasantly surprised. For me, they work better than drops and are easy to use. I'm so glad that I tried them and finally got some relief! Give them a try.

I previously rated eyemos heated massaging eye mask poorly due to a strong chemical smell and allergic reaction. I was given a full refund by the company and sent a box of complimentary eye wipes. What a great company to deal with.

I have been using Eyemos for about three months now and it has made a big difference to my eye comfort. I have had irritable eyes for about forty years and used to take antihistamine when they were very bad.Since using the eye wipes my eyes are no longer irritable and dry,thank you for a great product.

I had an issue with the Eyemos mask where I couldn't see the highest temperature, I couldn't change the vibration settings and I couldn't turn it off with pressing both buttons. I contacted customer support and was immediately responded to with the solution. I was using a power adapter that was not rated high enough for the output. I was instructed to use a power adapter that was rated 2A or higher, or use a power bank for my power source. Using a power bank solved my problem. I use the mask 2x/day (morning and evening). At times I still do experience dry eyes, but I have been only using it so far for 4 days since I replaced my power source. The mask is comfortable and nice and warm and I will keep on using it to decrease my dry eyes.
