The glasses are good. The price is very misleading.

The Salisbury Md location is amazing. From my eye exam with Dr. Geremia to choosing my frames and lenses with Jonelle it was 5 stars. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable, he made me feel at ease during my exam. Jonelle was very friendly and helpful, it was my first time getting glasses and she explained the process and how to wear and protect my glasses. Both of my glasses were done under 25 minutes. Highly recommend this location.

Misleading marketing, but we will see about the product. After looking at the products and adding some items to the cart, I decided not to buy due to uncertainty with the product and cost. However, I got an email promising 50% off my cart. I thought I would give it a shot at that price. However, in reality, it was only 20%. I did end up buying anyways, but sent customer service a message as I believed their email was misleading. They indicated that their website was always 30% off, so the extra 20% equals 50%. This is so misleading. If your website is "always 30% off", that is the actual price. Don't send a message saying 50% off, because it isn't 50% off. It is 20% off. I hope the product is worth the cost, but as a company, that seems a little shady to me.

My 3rd experience ordering glasses on line. I am happy with all glasses. they are delivered quickly and are satisfactory.
